Is a regional center that supports local and regional partnerships between business, education and the communities in south central Minnesota, as well as developing global options that prepare learners for the workforce by connecting learning to the world of service and work.

The South Central Service, Work & Learning Center was established by South Central Service Cooperative, South Central College (SCC), South Central WorkForce Council/Centers and Perkins Consortia in partnership with area business, education and
