Mentorship
Workplace mentoring programs are typically employer sponsored and provide learners unique opportunities to spend extended periods of time in the workplace. Mentees are supervised by or aligned with a supportive employee. Mentorships vary in size, scope and type from business to business.
Training and support in mentoring is available to local companies through the South Central Service, Work & Learning Center, the Mankato Chamber of Commerce and Minnesota State University, Mankato. Contact the SCSWL Center for more information and specific requests.
